the room was clean and the toilet was also clean i found the staff to be very cute i liked that aspect of the stay. the hotel's facilities were lovely i especially liked how close it was to the tube station.

i found that there was no fridge in the room there also wasn't any air conditioning and it was noisy at night. the shower in the bath was cramped it was hard to get in and out of it.

Excellent Stay near Alster Lake

The location is near the Alster pond on a main street. The train station is only a short walk, about 10 to 15 minutes away. I found a friendly person at the front desk, and they were knowledgeable and spoke several languages. Umbrellas were available for loan when the weather turned wet.

The ceiling to floor windows had a deck outside, but it joined the deck of the adjacent room.

The front desk staff provided helpful information regarding local bars. They also were knowledgeable about restaurants and shopping areas. I appreciated this assistance. The staff assisted with directions to local transportation options too.

I stayed in a penthouse suite that was large and roomy! It featured a huge restroom with a tub and included a dining area. A living room included a chimney and floor to ceiling windows, offering a fantastic city view.
